Judd & Black and Peoples Bank have joined together to commemorate the start of the 2014 festival, featuring a social hour (with cash bar), a charming sit-down dinner, and more. Support the 31st annual festival through a Dessert Auction, courtesy of Skagit Valley Casino Resort, and a raffle, featuring dozens of local businesses.
