FREELAND — The fun will begin at 2 p.m. at Freeland Park on Holmes Harbor, on the south end of Whidbey Island. ANACORTES — The Fourth of July Parade and Patriotic Program will begin at 11 a.m. at the corner of Third Street and Commercial Avenue. It will end in Causland Memorial Park, where a patriotic program will start at 12:30 p.m., also children’s games and food booths. The celebration will conclude with fireworks at dusk over Fidalgo Bay.

BELLINGHAM — The Haggen Family Fourth of July Celebration will take place from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Zuanich Point Park, Squalicum Harbor. CAMANO ISLAND — Celebrate Independence Day at 3 p.m. in Freedom Park at Terry’s Corner. The program will include music by the Camano Island Men’s Choir, a flag ceremony, guest speakers and special recognition of the area’s Pearl Harbor survivors and local armed service members who have died in Iraq and Afghanistan. Parking is available at the Terry’s Corner Park & Ride and Terry’s Corner Fire Station.
