At the end of Happy Ice Cream Day last year, exhausted and amazed at how many people came and the amount of smiles, we vowed to make it happen again. This year will be bigger and more magical than ever as we all work together to create Happyville. Happyville is born of a dream and is a magical place where smiles are everywhere, bubbles are gigantic, music and art are born out of nothing, ice cream is FREE (of course), and chocolate occasionally rains from the sky. The event is completely free and we want everyone to enjoy. To get the most out of the day we encourage you to dress in yellow, pack a picnic and bring extra smiles to share with everyone.
