Skagit Adult Day Program is hosting the 2nd Annual AlzSigns Community Forum. Learn more about the beginning signs of this disease and hear personal stories from caregivers. Two sessions. 12-2 (includes lunch) and 5-7 (includes light refreshments)
No charge for meal, but donations are welcome!
