Anacortes Sister Cities Association presents Bonnie Bowers (Retired Anacortes Police Chief) - Walking the El Camino de Santiago Trail at 7 PM on Thursday, September 7 at the Anacortes Library. Bonnie's 550 mile walking adventure began in southern France, and 33 days later, ended in Santiago, Spain.
