Event Description:
31st Annual Bay View Women's Walk & Run, benefitting Skagit Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services and Women's Health Issues. This event is a 2 mile walk, 2 mile Fun Run and 10k Run. Race course starts at Bay View State Park and goes out along the Padilla Bay shore trail. It includes gently rolling hills and beautiful views of the bay, the countryside and the Olympics.
Entry fee ranges from $20 to $45 depending on shirt selection. Kids under 12 run free (shirt not included).
Pre-registration with reduced price shirts takes place until May 6 at active.com. For information or registration forms call 360-757-4815 or email bvwomensk@gmail.com. Day of race registration takes place from 8am to 9:30am at the picnic shelter on the beach at Bay View State Park.
