The BLS Annual Live/Silent Auction is the greatest fundraiser undertaken by Burlington Little School community. The event is open to all parents, staff, guests and the greater community (adults only). What are the goals for the auction? We have two goals. 1. To raise money in order to keep tuition affordable while maintaining low ratios. The auction proceeds are budgeted to bridge the gap between tuition and operational costs. They are used towards such items as facility improvements and classroom supplies. All proceeds ultimately enhance the educational experience of our children. 2. To provide an opportunity for all BLS families and friends to come together and celebrate our school community and our common interest in the education of our children. Why do we have an auction? Without the funds gained through our auction, BLS would be highly challenged to offer the quality experiences that our children deserve.
