Candidates and potential candidates for office should plan to attend the Skagit Business Alliance’s second installment of the Candidates College on Tuesday, April 30 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am at the Farmhouse. This is a non-partisan event.
This is your opportunity to participate in an in-depth conversation about filing procedures, public disclosure, campaign management, campaign fundraising, and political ethics. Our panel of speakers include Skagit County Auditor, Jeanne Youngquist, League of Women Voter’s member, Robin Pestarino and former campaign manager, Jason Easton.
The Skagit Business Alliance held part one of the college in March and many of the participants asked for a deeper look at these topics.
There will be a no-host breakfast buffet ($15) and you must RSVP to attend. Easiest way to RSVP is to click here: http://bit.ly/15gh8pi or call (360) 428-8547
The Skagit Business Alliance is a non-partisan coalition of representatives from the Anacortes, Burlington, Concrete, La Conner, Mount Vernon and Sedro-Woolley Chambers of Commerce, the Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association (SICBA) and the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors (NPSAR).
