Saturday, July 20, 2013 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Concrete, Washington ABOUT THIS EVENT The goal of the Cement City Street Fair is to entertain, educate and celebrate the summer in this beautiful corner of Skagit County. We especially want to promote good health, fitness and family fun. Cement City Street Fair is free to the public and features live entertainment, vendors, kids activities, food booths, movies, health screenings and resource tables.
