Cynthia Eichner, executive director of the Skagit County Alliance for Healthcare Access (SCAHA) will provide information about Skagit County's efforts to enroll eligible individuals and families in healthcare insurance. Skagit County is part of a 5-county effort that will train 35-50 people to personally help and assist people with finding a plan that fits their need.
