Calling all “Hip Chicks”!
No! We don’t mean the little, fuzzy, yellow kind. And we don’t mean the teenage kind.
If you’re a woman who loves to look great…then we’re calling you! Award-winning jewelry designer, Jeanne Law, has opened “Hip Chicks”, a business that does trunk shows in homes and businesses. She presents a beautiful collection of One-of-a-kind and handmade jewelry and accessories “for women who wanna look great!” “Hip Chicks” trunk shows are unlike any other jewelry party. There are no catalogs and no waiting for orders to arrive. You will see original designs that you can take home with you that day. In fact, if you see it and love it….don’t wait, because it might not be at the next show you attend, and there are very rarely duplicates. Best of all, Jeanne believes in making every show lots of “FUN”!
Sound expensive? Not at all! You will be amazed at the prices! Most of Jeanne’s pieces are in sterling silver, copper, or vermeil (gold over sterling), with genuine stones, handmade lampwork glass, and Swarovski crystals. Prices range between $15 and $100, with most items in the $20 - $50 area. If you have a special outfit, that you can’t find jewelry for…Jeanne will custom make something that will be “just right”. She loves to make jewelry for weddings, whether it’s for the bride, the bridal party, or the mom-of-the-bride.
Jeanne recently closed an art gallery in Eastern Washington, where she showed work from forty five area artists. She loves helping other artists and is hoping to find a few local artists that would like to consign their original pieces for “Hip Chicks” shows. If you are an artist that makes unique, high quality belts, handbags, scarves or jewelry, contact Jeanne to see if your work would be a good fit for “Hip Chicks”.
Contributing to the community is a passion of Jeanne’s. Ten percent of the sales from each “Hip Chicks” show goes either to the hostess in the form of jewelry of her choice, OR to a local charity in the form of a cash donation. Trunk shows can be held anywhere. Your home, your office, or at a local meeting room. And travelling out of the area is no problem.
