Event Description:
Richard Davis is a principal attorney with the law firm of Chmelik Sitkin &   Davis P.S., a business/municipal law firm in Bellingham.  Richard has   practiced law in Bellingham for 25 years and is a graduate of  the  Indiana University School of Law.  His practice focuses on labor and employment law, and civil litigation.   Richard is a frequent presenter for the State of Washington Association of General Contractors and the State of Washington Public Ports Association.  Richard is also the chair of the legal committee for the State of Washington Fire Commissioners Association. Richard limits his labor and employment practice to employers, having represented employers in contract disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, and wrongful discharge cases in state and federal courts as well as the EEOC and National Labor Relations Board.
