Event Description:
Sound Cedar is pleased to be able to give back to our community during our annual FILL THE TUB WITH GRUB campaign as we embrace the opportunity to collect food for the Skagit Valley Neighbors in Need organization. Last year we were able to collect over 750 lbs of goods donated by employees, vendors, customers and the general public. Everyone is invited to contribute to this vision of “food for everyone” and we thank you all who provide products for this worthwhile cause.
Donated goods are to be put inside the hot tub (the dry one!) at our business location, 2600 Cedardale Road, Mount Vernon. The hot tub is highlighted with cedar supporting a banner - FILL THE TUB WITH GRUB right inside the showroom door. Come drop off some food and smell the cedar! It’s all good.
The 2013 FILL THE TUB WITH GRUB drive runs through Monday 12-23-13. We will deliver the filled tub collections to the Food Bank on Tuesday 12-24-13. This time of year, many folks need this type of contribution to help put food on the family holiday table, so let’s join together and
fill the tub with grub!
