Event Description:
United General Hospital is offering a free event to kick-off the 2013 Inside Track Mall Walk Program at Cascade Mall in Burlington.  On Tuesday, February 19th from 8:00a.m. ? 9:00a.m., United?s Rehabilitation Department will offer a short class called ?A Step in the Right Direction:  Tips to Move Better.? The event is in Cascade Mall?s Community Room and includes a free light breakfast, as well as health and exercise resources for anyone attending.
