Garden Gala Dinner and Auction to Benefit the Skagit DV and SA Services
Please join us for our First Annual “Moonlight Garden” Gala and Auction, Saturday, August 11th, 2012 . The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. and includes a dinner buffet featuring a slow roasted top round of beef with garlic mashed potatoes or herb seared oven roasted salmon in a lemon-dill beurre blanc sauce with rice pilaf; fresh string beans with roasted pepper ribbons; and spring salad with roasted beets, sprinkled with goat cheese and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette (vegetarian options available). Following dinner will be both a silent and live auction of local treasures and services and an assortment of garden-themed items. Highlights include dinner for eight at “Party Barn,” a Wild and Scenic Skagit River Float for four, a one night stay at Swinomish Lodge with dinner at 13 Moons, and an Esther McLatchy Painting.

Skagit Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services provides crisis intervention, on-going support, emergency shelter for domestic violence victims, support groups, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, prevention and community education. Services are free, confidential, and available to anyone in need.
