Women from across the county will gather for a fun evening of networking while helping Skagit families in need.  Join us for appetizers and cocktails, and get to know other women in the community. We will be filling 400 personal care bags for women and families in crisis housing.  Bags benefit Skagit Community Action.  The event is free
