Skagit Habitat for Humanity believes in empowering people to empower themselves. Partner Families commit to 500 hours of "sweat equity" and carry a low-interest mortgage. Through home ownership, families are able to give back to their communities, save money for their futures, and children are able to have a more stable, successful education. It's a win-win situation for communities and Partner Families!
