Come enjoy a three course meal while learning how to make it yourself! This class will feature Avenue Catering and Pasek Cellars. The first course will be a harvest salad with local mixed greens and beets. The main course will be pork tenderloin with cherry balsamic glaze and rosemary Skagit Valley roasted potatoes. Then we'll finish the evening with a harvest spice pumpkin fool for dessert. Plus, every course will be paired with a hand picked wine from Pasek Cellars.
