“Dynamic Magic”
Jeffrey Cohan brings his flute to McIntyre Hall for an evening of virtuosity, performing first the overture from Carl Maria von Weber’s opera “Oberon” then Mozart’s adaptation for the flute of the C Major Oboe Concerto. Mr. Cohan caps off his performance with Feruccio Busoni’s Divertimento.
The Symphony closes the concert with Symphony No. 4 by Felix Mendelssohn composed after he had an impressionable visit to Italy.
