Meet Executive Chef Matthew Romeo as he brings us An Extraordinary Tuscan Experience with Lombardi’s Restaurant & Wine Bar and featuring Castello Banfi Wines Menu: Ahi Carpaccio: seared rare with arugula, lemon zest, Ligurian olive oil, grey salt Roasted Pepper Carbonara: fettucini, roasted yellow pepper alfredo sauce, crisp pancetta, fresh peas Piedmontese Flat Iron Steak: kumato tomatoes, fresh oregano, Sicilian olive oil, grey salt, seasonal vegetables Italian Éclair: lavender infused pastry with lemon and honey, mascarpone, semi freddo Each course perfectly paired with fine wines from Castello Banfi
