Murder At The Howard Johnson's is a comedy about three people caught in a lover's triangle. Is all really fair in love? Is murder the only way out? Set in a Howard Johnson's Motor Inn, this quick-paced, suspense comedy is about a love triangle between Mitchell, played by Bob Foster, an obvious and commonplace dentist who sees himself as the dashing lover, Arlene played by Sami Posta, a middle aged, spoiled "femme fatale" of sorts, and her husband Paul played by Dustin Amundson, a clueless used car salesman. In a series of comic twists, turns, and betrayals, the trio take turns pairing up to rid each other of the third. Will anyone succeed - or survive? Debra Blasé, appears as The Maid, adding to the fun. About Murder At The Howard Johnson's: Variety states "Enough laugh lines, mirth provoking situations and extravagant sight gags to outfit two rapid fire farces of the absurd." WNBC-TV says "A holiday of laughter...Beautifully polished, very funny very American comedy." Sam Bobrick is the winner of the 2011 Mystery Writers of America Edgar Allen Poe Award for Best Play for The Psychic.
