Event Description:

Fidalgo Island Quilters announce a beginning quilting class for kids, ages 11 and up. The fun will happen at “In Stitches” quilt shop, 820 Commercial Avenue, Monday through Friday, July 13-17. Tuition for the week is $75, and some scholarships are available.

Classes, taught by experienced quilt guild members, will run 11am to 3:30pm each day, with time for lunch. Students will receive instruction in all phases of quilt construction and will have a simple lap-sized quilt completed by the end of the week.
