Event Description:
The Rick Epting Foundation for the Arts (REFA) presents the Annual Summer Music Fundraiser this year at The Heart of Anacortes featuring the Anacortes based Savage Jazz Band and Whatcom County based band Sabrina y los Reyes who plays latin/afro-cuban and original music. Local Puerto Rican percussionist Oscar De La Rosa will be performing with both groups.
This year’s fund raising event will also have a silent auction to help raise funds for the organization's grant program which provides financial support to artists and arts organizations in Skagit Valley.
