The City of Mount Vernon and the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce the Riverwalk Summer Concert Series. Dust off your lawn chairs and your picnic gear and come to Historic Downtown Mount Vernon for some memorable summer evenings! Imagine an informal crowd relaxing along the riverfront, listening and dancing to live music set against the backdrop of the Skagit River in the foreground, and a beautiful sunset in the background.
Polecat has traveled all over Northwest U.S., performing over 550 shows and recording three albums in six years. Their unique instrumentation and smart song arrangements enable them to seamlessly blend genres including bluegrass, country, celtic, rock, reggae, and world music into their sound.
