Washington Blues Society Announce SAVE KPLU Benefit Shows And sponsorship from Lee Oskar Harmonicas The Washington Blues Society, the region?s largest affiliate of the Blues Foundation in Memphis TN, are joining the effort to help the SAVE KPLU group raise $7 Million by June 30th, by hosting a series of benefit shows. The first benefit show will be presented with co-sponsor Lee Oskar Harmonicas, Friday April 29th at the H2o club, Anacortes. Featured performers include Lee Oskar & Friends, Cee Cee James and the mission of SOUL, award winning vocalist Polly O?Keary and the 2012 International Blues Challenge Champion Kevin Andrew Sutton. Show time is 7:00pm with a $30 donation taken at the door.
