Event Description:

Halloween activities for fun-lovers young and old!
Downtown Sedro Woolley will be judging costumes (the judges are looking for "best theme" this year) beginning at noon.
The Sedro Woolley kiddies Halloween parade will begin 4pm, followed by Merchant Trick or Treating for children. 

Parade participants should line up in the municipal parking lot behind Wells Fargo Bank to enter the parade.
