Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association is proud to produce the 2013 SICBA Home Tour.  The SICBA Home Tour is a scattered site Tour on Whidbey Island showcasing 7 homes built by 6 builders from Oak Harbor to Greenbank. This is an opportunity to visit beautiful homes and meet builders and specialty contractors.  They are happy to discuss their work and help you with your future building needs.  One home is a Built Green® 4 star home which produces more energy in a year than it uses, allowing the owners to enjoy a completely energy-independent future.  People who attend will see the latest in building construction, interior design, floor plans, landscaping and building products.
