Skagit Regional Clinics' pharmacists, Kevin Bingham, RPh and Chris Schaffner, PharmD invite residents to bring all medications, prescription and over-the-counter items, as well as any supplements, vitamins, and herbal products to review. They will be looking to identify any potential drug interactions, duplicate therapy, and will help to optimize individual medication regimen.
