Skagit Swings All Stars at The Port of Anacortes Summer Concert Series

The big band music of Skagit Swings consists of a wide variety of great dance and show tunes and is modeled after much of the music performed by such greats as Count Basie, Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, and Duke Ellington. The repertoire includes a variety of songs and instrumentals such as “Blue Skies”, “Sweet Georgia Brown”, “In the Mood”, “Just One of THose Things”, “Man with a Horn”, and “Take Five”. Music styles vary and include Latin, ballads, medium and fast swing – with many jazz solos.
