Skagit Valley College's GlobalFest 2014 welcomes the community to the annual International Dinner featuring global cuisine and entertainment and conversation with SVC students from many different countries. Following dinner is a concert by African music sensation Oliver "Tuku" Mtkudzi & the Black Spirits (separately ticketed)
