Come watch Chef Jackie, Cooking Instructor/Owner of Potluck Kitchen Studio, as she prepares a Spring Lunch for you. Students will enjoy a fresh green salad, chilled pea and mint soup, rosemary lemonade, and a scrumptious dessert. Follow along with the recipes as she demonstrates plating techniques and proper portion sizes. Class size is limited to 16 students. The deadline to pre-pay and reserve your seat is Monday, May 6.
