The Heart of Anacortes located on the corner of 4th and "o" in Anacortes.

Featuring 
Rivertalk
Rivertalks is a full fledged reggae dance band with twelve fantastic musicans. Jan Foster sings from her heart, and tangos with trumpets, sax and trombone. From the drums and percussion to the jamming bas an s creaming guitar, you'll feel the power of the raging Rivertalk.

A silent Auction will be held to help raise funds for the organization's grand program, which provides artists and arts organizations in Skagit Valley with financial support.
