This COMPLIMENTARY class will be sponsored by Where the Heart is and held in our community. Robyn will be providing mats.
Robyn Pipkin has been teaching yoga for 8 years in Skagit County. She owned and co-owned Bikram Yoga Mount Vernon for five years, and has since been teaching at Quantum yoga in Burlington, as well as teaches private and adult and children's classes in Skagit County. Robyn believes that it is never "too late", or you are never too "out of shape" to begin a yoga practice and begin reaping it's medical benefits to change your life. Robyn is a certified Life Coach, eneabling adults and kids to release negative emotions and beliefs to empower themselves to a newer and greater vision.
